Love from J Wholesale Agreement
We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new stockists throughout Australia.
Australian Wholesale Orders
For first time customers of Love from J, a minimum order of AUD$200.
Thereafter, ongoing orders will require a minimum of AUD$400.
We do not offer consignment only orders.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
We use Australia Post for all our domestic shipping.
International Wholesale Orders
We do not offer international orders direct through Love from J.
If you are an international retailer who would like to stock Love from J product, please visit our Faire shop .
Minimum Spend
The minimum spend for stockists within Australia is AUD$200.
Minimum spend is GST exclusive.
Please note minimum spend amounts do not include postage.
Postage and Handling
Shipping costs will be provided open placement of order. Depending on size and quantity of order, and location of delivery, pricing will vary.
Shipping costs will be added to your final invoice.
Love from J uses Australia Post for all shipping within Australia, and for all international shipping orders placed through Faire.
If you wish to use your own courier, please contact us with details and we will assess per request.
If stock is damaged in transit this is the responsibility of the shipping company. Love from J takes no responsibility for shipping once it has left our premises. We take photos and videos during the packing and shipping process to ensure that all products are intact at time of shipping.
Payment
When purchasing stock, payment must be upfront via either Direct Debit or Credit Card.
Payment terms are seven (7) days from invoice date.
Once payment has been received we will ship your order within 1-2 business days. Tracking will be provided.
We will not ship any stock until payment has been made and processed, under any circumstance.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty or damaged we will happily replace these for you, at no additional cost, or provide you with a refund in line with Australian consumer law.
We don’t accept return of faulty items that have been used or are missing elements of any product.
If you have received a faulty product, please contact us on hello@lovefromj.com outlining the issue and we will try to rectify this as soon as possible.
Copyright
All designs of our products are owned and copyrighted by Love from J.
Anyone seen copying or duplicating our designs, or attemping to sell our products, and/or designs, as their own will see Love from J resort all remedies available to cease use. You shall be responsible for all costs and legal feels arising from these activities.
Misconduct
Stockists are not to rebrand our products as their own at any time. All products on display, in store or online, must always clearly show the Love from J logo as it sits in it’s original state on each product.
We have the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a stockist order if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at anytime if our brand is being represented in the wrong way.
By Law
Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according the laws of Queensland.
