When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Any order that is placed before 1pm on Monday or Thursday will be included in same day shipping.

Metro areas: 2-3 business days.

Regional areas: 4-6 business days.

Once a package has left our studio, we have very little control over it. During high-volume periods (and due to COVID-19), orders may take a little longer to deliver and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Please take extra care when filling out your details at time of checkout as we will take no responsibility for lost items due to incorrect shipping details.

Important Note: If you place an order that contains a presale item AND an in-store item, your entire order will be shipped together, once the pre-order item has arrived. We do not split orders once they have been placed. If you wish to receive your in-store item earlier, please place individual orders separately.

What happens if I don’t receive my order? 

If your order has not made it to you within 7 days of purchase, please contact our team on hello@lovefromj.com with your order number and the full name and shipping address used for the order.

We will investigate the missing order immediately.

Love from J is not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer international shipping at this stage.
