We’re here to spread the joy of kindness as far and wide as we can. We try our best to provide you with products that you will love as much as we do, but we understand that everyone is different and sometimes we don’t get it right.

If for some reason, our product isn’t what you were expecting, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem quickly.

Our Refund Requirements:

• Items MUST be returned within 14 days of order delivery date.
• Items must be returned in the original state it was received.

All elements of the item must be returned together in one package. Failing to return one or more elements will not be eligible for a refund. Some of our products are sold as a set, and therefore we do not offer partial refunds on individual elements.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

How to return an item:

1. Email our team on hello@lovefromj.com with your reason for refund and photos (if damaged).
2. Our team will contact you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Promptly put the item in the post.
4. Once the item is received at our end, we will process the refund. Note that refunds can take 5-7 business days to be processed.

All return shipping costs are to be covered by the person returning the item.

All refunds for orders placed online will be credited back to the original form of payment; ie credit card, paypal etc.

We advise sending it back through traceable mail as we will not be responsible for lost returns.
